Beans, Grains, and Flour

Interested in organic beans, grains, and flour?

The flour is produced by Farmer Ground Flour, an organic flour mill in Ithaca, New York that uses locally grown grains, and beans grown by Cayuga Pure Organics, a dry bean producer in the area.

Beans available are black, red (not kidney), and navy beans (small white beans). For more information, and cooking help, go to

Flour:  list states wheat flour- this is whole wheat flour.

Whole grains: the whole berries of wheat and spelt can be used like rice, as a whole grain with stir fries, casseroles, etc.
Cracked wheat is exactly what it sounds like, and can be used like oats as a breakfast cereal.
