Canning: Jams and Chutneys: Wednesday, 7 October, 7-9pm Pears, plums, and beets…no problem. With CSA members Dee Greenwood and Julia Harrington
Pickling using Lacto-Fermentation: Thursday, 15 October, 7-9pm Learn to make your Bubbe's favorite pickles and turn that CSA cabbage into delicious sauerkraut or kimchee. With Jeffrey Yoskowitz (formerly of Adamah’s Pickle Kitchen)
Venues TBA, but will be in kosher kitchen near Ansche Chesed Materials fee of $10 for each event (fee waived for one cleanup volunteer!)
