Blueberry Soup

Time: 15 minutes plus chilling time          Yield: 4-6 servings

2 pints blueberries
3 cups water
1 cup white wine
1 cup sugar (I use Splenda)
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 cinnamon stick

Combine ingredients in pot and bring to a boil. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Serve chilled.
