Time: 15 minutes plus chilling time Serves 4 1/4 cup dry white wine juice of 1 lemon 1 tbsp honey dash cinnamon, dash nutmeg 1 ripe cantaloupe cut up 1 cup orange juice blueberries for garnish Peel and slice peaches. Add wine, lemon juice, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool and then puree peach mix. Puree the cantaloupe with the orange juice and then add to peach puree.
