Cantaloupe Peach Soup

Time: 15 minutes plus chilling time        Serves 4

6 ripe peaches
1/4 cup dry white wine
juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp honey
dash cinnamon, dash nutmeg
1 ripe cantaloupe cut up
1 cup orange juice
blueberries for garnish

Peel and slice peaches. Add wine, lemon juice, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.  Cool and then puree peach mix. Puree the cantaloupe with the orange juice and then add to peach puree. Refrigerate until very cold and serve garnished with blueberries.
