Kohlrabi Salad 15 minutes prep; serves 4 2-3 kohlrabi bulbs, peeled and cut into 2/3" cubes 1/3 cup sliced scallions chopped herbs, about 1/2 cup (dill and parsley or basil or cilantro - any combination)2 tbs. mayo 1/2 cup greek yogurt Squeeze lemon juice salt & pepperToss
kohlrabi, scallions and herbs together. Mix mayo and yogurt together
and add seasoning to taste. Squeeze a little lemon juice in it. Toss
